Here is some information about the difference in flow of these nozzles relative to the Original Equipment models. For this comparison, the point of reference will be the nozzles that come from the factory as Original Equipment in the A4 Tdi 90 hp ALH motor, with a 5 speed transmission (150P 706 nozzles.)

SPRINT 357 is a good entry-level upgrade for A4 automatic with 11mm injection pump. 
POWERPLUS 520 is more than SPRINT 520 Best all-around upgrade for all besides A4 automatic
  
All POWERPLUS models make less smoke than the same size and next larger size SPRINT in the same application relative to the output increase gained. This is due in part to the better atomization which results from the unique hole geometry and tighter tolerances achieved with the POWERPLUS design.
